The putty mixture is intended for facade work and leveling surfaces outside and inside buildings and structures. It is used in dry and wet rooms for various purposes. It is used on concrete, cement, plastered bases and on brickwork.
The base must be solid, dry, free from dirt, dust, oil and bituminous stains that prevent adhesion to the base. Paint coverings must be removed. To prevent a decrease in the adhesion strength with the putty mixture, the base must be treated with a primer. Depressions of more than 1 cm are recommended to be covered with plaster.
To prepare the solution, pour the dry mixture into a container with clean water 4Г (0.4 - 0.45 liters per 1 kg of dry mixture). After filling, leave the solution for 2-3 minutes and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained for 3-5 minutes. Let the solution stand for 2-4 minutes and mix again. We recommend mixing with a mixer. The prepared portion of the solution should be consumed within 2-3 hours.
Apply the prepared solution evenly with a spatula on the surface, level and smooth. If necessary, puttying can be done by applying several layers, the next layer is applied after the previous one has completely dried. The dried layer is polished with an abrasive material.
